RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or your print arrives damaged in any way, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure to include your name, email address and order number when contacting me so I can locate your details.
Please contact me in the first instance on mornargoldie@gmail.com to discuss the issue so we can determine if a refund or replacement needs to be organised.
The cost of returning the goods to us will only be refunded if the goods you receive are damaged. I would recommend you obtain proof of posting when returning goods as I cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost in the post.
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched we are unable to interrupt the delivery; as such when the package arrives you have seven (7) days to return the print, in it’s original packaging, for a refund. We do not refund the cost of returning an item to us, only the cost of the item.
Orders that were cancelled after they have been dispatched cannot be opened upon delivery. If the items are removed from the original wrapping it will void the cancellation and as such are subject to our returns policy.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Order Processing Time All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 5 working days. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
