​Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms apply to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree
to these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If
you have questions, please contact us before ordering.

Payment
Payment must be made in full when placing your order. We accept payment via paypal, credit card, american express, bank transfer,  . All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes.
Prices exclude shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery
We sell and ship only within the United Kingdom. Goods are shipped using third-party
fulfilment services. Delivery times vary, and estimated dispatch dates are provided at the
time of ordering. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Cancellations (Cooling-Off Period)
For most items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the
goods. To cancel, please contact us at info@mornagoldieart.com within this period, providing your: name, order number, and confirmation of your wish to cancel.

You must return the cancelled goods within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be returned
unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping
costs unless the item arrived damaged. Please obtain proof of postage, as we are not
responsible for returned items lost in transit.

We will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving returned items. Refunds include the item
cost and standard outbound delivery charges.

Commissioned Original Works
The 14-day cooling-off period does NOT apply to commissioned original paintings created
specifically for you, as these items are personalised and made to your specifications.

Returns and Refunds (Damaged or Unsatisfactory Goods)
If your artwork arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us
within 14 days of receipt at info@mornagoldieart.com. Include your name, order number, and
details of the issue, ideally with photographs of any damage.

Damaged original paintings and prints will be eligible for a refund upon return. Due to their
unique nature, original paintings cannot be replaced; however, you may choose to use your
refund toward another available piece if desired.

If items are returned due to damage, we will refund your return shipping costs. For all other

returns, you are responsible for return postage.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.

Governing Law
These Terms and your purchase contract are governed by Scots law. If disputes arise,
Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you reside elsewhere in the UK, you may
bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Please check this page before placing future
orders.
